Dominic currently works as a Strategic Planning and Delivery Manager for the NHS working to implement a continual planning process into his local trust, ensure delivery on projects and aid in implementing a new 5-year strategy. He is passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
“Before I came into the NHS, I was aware of special educational needs, and disabilities, but not completely aware of the struggles those individuals and their families face. Following my time working in Mental Health and from conversations with individuals like Vicky Wright, it became incredibly apparent to me that more can be done to help children have the education we all deserve, and their families shouldn’t have to fight for that. The SEND Dynamic C.I.C is a cause I strongly believe in, and I am committed to driving this forward to deliver support and help for children, young people and their families.”
