Kirsten is a Director of The SEND Dynamic C.I.C. and is a qualified engineer working in Project Management at Rolls-Royce. As mum to two Autistic daughters with ADHD and associated mental health conditions Kirsten has experience of battling to access timely diagnoses and support in health/education. Kirsten also works as an expert by experience (EBE) and sits on Warwickshire’s autism strategy board.
“My daughters are both adults now, so I have some free time and head space to be able to get involved with The SEND Dynamic C.I.C.. I think the battle for us, as a family isn’t over yet, as we have entered the phase of adult services, but I welcome the opportunity to share the knowledge I’ve acquired to date to support other families”.
