Kelly Peacham

After working in customer service within the insurance industry for over ten years Kelly retrained and qualified as an Early Years Practitioner and SENCO and has spent the last few years working in an early years setting in her local community. As a carer and mum of two children with additional needs Kelly understands the importance of being informed about the Education, Health, and Care system. In her role as SEND Advisor Kelly combines her lived experience with IPSEA SEN law training to help parents understand their children’s rights.

“I passionately believe every child deserves the opportunity, to thrive and reach their full potential, free from barriers that can hinder their progress and development. Navigating the complexities of the system, can often leave parents feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. I personally understand the emotional toll this journey can take on parents and families.  I can speak from my own lived experiences; to reassure families they are not on this journey alone. In my role with The SEND Dynamic, I can help families feel empowered. I feel privileged to be helping families seek the outcome they have a right to”.
